Ideal for the V1-V6 boulderer, this plan includes on and off-the-wall training that will increase skill, strength, and endurance. When signing up for this plan, you will have access to your workouts via the True Coach app, which includes video demonstrations for technique drills and other various exercises.

Necessary equipment:

  • Climbing wall
  • Pull-up bar
  • Weights (dumbbells and/or kettlebells)
  • TRX or gymnastic rings
